Rate-card test; advertiser interest; a full-size display / light sample

✓ Pilot pre-sales and tenant approvals support the target fill; check real ambient visibility and screen glare.

GATE 3

Freeze engineering

Coordinated AV / audio / lighting drawings; loads; SKU schedules; OEM compatibility

✓ Architect, structural, electrical and fire-safety approvals; no outstanding critical interface.

GATE 4

Factory / bench test

Pixel canvas, low-brightness calibration, player / CMS publishing, speaker and lighting patches

✓ Verify full-resolution playback, sensor dimming, restart, offline fallback and log recovery.

GATE 5

Site commission

Audio tuning, photometric checks, final routing, labels, UPS control shutdown

✓ Owner witnesses tests; named engineer signs records; O&M, spares, passwords and training delivered.
